Pressing the Sound On/Off button worked on the main part of the website where there was background sound but not on the intro which was interesting but quite loud.

let it air dry and then used brush to brush the suede back to normal. I done that numerous times and looks like new afterwards. It's also a good idea to order extra inside sheepskin soles in case you feel like you need to have more cushion as you wear the regular sole down. I've been wearing Uggs for more than 7 years still wearing my first pair too!"
